I’m going to be honest I stopped writing articles and reporting on the Snyder Cut awhile back, because I got fatigued about the story to the point if it’s ever going to happen or not. I kept supporting the movement for it to happen behind closed doors. But as for as reporting the news I decided to hold back a little bit until WB actually releases the Snyder Cut Version of Justice League.
Now we can celebrate the fact that a Snyder cut is actually happening! But the real question everyone has been wondering are the cast going to have to come back and do reshoots or does Snyder have enough of the film to where they don’t have to do any reshoots? According to The Wrap’s reporter, Umberto Gonzalez,
“There’s not going to be any reshoots of any kind with any actors. It’s just additional dialogue. Here’s something that hasn’t been reported yet – [Zack Snyder] did want to shoot and he wanted to do additional photography but HBO Max said no, that’s not happening. We’ll give you money for post-production, for special effects, for scoring, and even ADR but no reshoots of any kind on this movie.”
So there you have it! Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Ray Fisher, Jason Mamoa, and Ezra Miller, I’m very interested to see how this thing pans out for the fans as well as the haters. I only liked a select few things with Joss Whedon’s Justice League version, so hopefully through the Snyder cut, these DC heroes will see some… justice?
