Disney+ Adds Lauren Graham and Brady Noon to the Roster for The Mighty Ducks TV Series

It’s knuckle puck time Lauren Graham (GOOD GIRLS) and Brady Noon (Good Boys) are set to star in the Flying V Disney+ Series The Mighty Ducks.

Graham is confirmed to have been cast in the lead role of Alex for the upcoming series, while Noon is set to play her son, Evan. Production on the 10-episode series is set to begin this month in Vancouver and will premiere later this year on the streaming service. In addition to her starring role, Graham will also serve as a co-executive producer on the series.

In present day Minnesota, the Mighty Ducks have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team. After 12-year-old Evan (Noon) is unceremoniously cut from the Ducks, he and his mom Alex (Graham) set out to build their own ragtag team of misfits to challenge the cutthroat, win-at-all-costs culture of competitive youth sports.
